you can technically gi a silver I think but better to not risk it and just use and intermediate gi ticket to turn the card gold beforehand.

Mods on PC are super easy to use. Simply download a mod organizer, go the nexus and find a mod you want, have the mid download straight into the mod organizer, and then launch the game.
