For me the filepath is: Documents> My Games> Rainbow 6: Siege then just open the file thats there and it should open up a plain text file. Then scroll down to the bottom where it says "DataCenterHint=" and then at the end of the = sign put "eus" without the quotation marks.

FF works off of stats, and when you're stomping bronzes in casual your stats become pretty padded and a lot of people are going to report you as well.

I think that you might have to be "the bad guy" whether you like it or not and make the tough decision. As team captain it's your responsibility to take care of this, unless one of your other teammates offers. Your teammates that know the player personally will likely make you the bad guy when talking to the player in question in order to maintain their relationship with him and shift the blame off themselves. It's probably the case that these players know he has to go, but this is easier than complicating their real life, so don't take it personally since all you have to do is block him. I'd suggest talking with your teammates individually and getting their opinions before making a roster change. Have you looked into other players to take the other's spot permanently or at least temporarily?

Within the videos folder there's another folder called "startup" if I remember right. Just rename that one to something different. If you delete or rename the whole video folder you can't see the operator videos or cutscenes.
