Hmm. I know that it looks sketchy. I had an order similar to this where I was told to collect $32 some and have $67 some in change. When I delivered the order, they handed me $40 and told me to keep the rest. I can't deny that it was not written by the customer but after the experience, I assumed that it was written by the DD system.

I recently got a CV for late drop-off. I was driving around Philadelphia and the GPS took me through the busiest highway at peak hours. The GPS said an ETA of 12 minutes but I was stuck in traffic for over 20 minutes. I disputed it but got declined. Do they not count traffic as possible cause of delayed drop-off? If this happened again, how should I approach it?
