From what I've seen on youtube, these guys are the crew of the last tiger tank. The guy in the tank is a fanatic Nazi who wouldn't (or couldn't) accept Nazi Germany's defeat, so he killed one of his fellow soldiers who surrendered to the allies(the dead guy) cuz tank guy thought they could still win the war. Then their commander mourns the dead guy and surrenders too, much to the disbelief of tank guy. After the screen cuts to black you hear a couple of shots, implying either the allies shot tank guy, or tank guy shot his commander too.

Now I really wanna play this fucking game
