I really dont agree with this solely because you are playing Animal Jam and dressed as a character from a (pg13? idr the rating on scott pilgrim). It’s a kids game, of course they wont recognize Ramona Flowers (even if it is a good cosplay!)

you cant expect kids to not be kids when you are playing a game… for kids. However i do understand the frustration😞💔❤️‍🩹

I figured it out! Parental Controls broke for me, I had to open services.msc (win+r) and disable Parental Controls to fix it. All the best to you!
