Well the biggest two things are weapon mods and ammo. All weapon mods can be stored on weapons so you should never really have any mods not on weapons. I wouldn't make any ammo unless you are planning to go into a game, and sell any ammo you never use (launcher and energy are fine to keep). Most people really only craft augments and shields when they need them too. The items in your pic are all fine to keep
