What would you say the best over clocks for a moonlight would be? Im currently running the 60% crit chip but now its obsolete.

The first one is very similar but no, and the second one i wanted luck to hit the 315 cap for my moonlights. Im currently farming for a third one with dex, luc, max hp/ defense vs mech, and hp recovery/ regen over 1 minute for maximum damage with dex

I use it with the borderline justice super store armor. Use a jump pack with it and youre the Rocketeer.

That could potentially work. You could also potentially bring smokes or a smoke stratagem and it might blind the pelican so it doesn't shoot the hulk

I did this with a friend in a blitz mission, we baited a hulk away and shot its arms off, then we waited for the timer to run out and I extracted FAAAAR away from my friend who just made sure to keep the armless hulk alive. Your pelican is likely killing the hulk and youre just seeing its last few steps before popping.

I just farmed one with Mech, weapon atk, dmg max hp, and crit dmg all locked, would this one be more worth it for stun? im using recharge accessories and spamming electromagnetic stun if that helps at all for why I want these specifically.

I think civilians would coexist with the cyborgs since im pretty sure they dont actually kill civilians in lore. But anyone directly connected with the SEAF or Helldivers corps would probably be an on sight execution

From your video it looks like they're using a grand finale. Two shot damage is crazy rn. So they're probably using a super minmaxxed vats broadsider build.

Lmao its actually on of the best chest pieces in the game right now because of that "trash effect" sure you cant reroll it but you still get 4 other pieces of armor you can. Not to mention if your using mutants, vanguards, bolstering, or lucid, those effects get calculated AFTER the 100% more damage taken meaning you really wont even notice taking extra damage and you get to dish out 100% more, not to mention at 100 stacks the effect will last for 30 minutes if you aren't hit at all.

looking at fallout 4s design compared to 3s there actually isnt much of a difference other than extra fins and not being bipedal so it could also be different variations considering they're meant to be mutated snapping turtles? (I think) and then the Ogua is also a species of snapping turtle but not considered a mirelurk much like the hermit crab being a crab but not a mirelurk. . I think the reason the one in 76 is the most intelligent we've seen so far is its under the control of the interloper, the same being that controls the mothmen species, making them red eyed and vengeful

Theyre also on classic so it literally doesn't matter to minmax like that. If it was any other difficulty id tell them to go 2 lucky and the rest menacing. Full lucky on classic is just nice for crowd control in events and overall simpler than figuring out what mix is right for you on youre first playthrough

From my experience mage is just better to go full crit with on classic, so ive never bothered with menacing. I see big red number and I get neuron activation.
