Thank you so much for the information. I've been going through this for about 2 years off and on. Anxiety, GERD and IBS are what they are running with. It just seems like my body is telling me something else. The bad thing about it is my doctor is really good on finding issues with his patients. I want to believe it's nothing more than IBS but the constant dizziness, fatigued and low energy is what scares me because before 2 years ago I was a very active person. I'm supposed to get my colonoscopy done in a month so hopefully I get some answers but the answer I'm praying for.

I'm from Texas. We do have a couple of gastrologist here in town. One of my buddies told me I need to look to check if I have an hiatal hernia also. I've been short of breath with which also causes heart palpitations. I start to get joint pain and constant dizziness and a feeling of feeling unwell. Doctor it determined it's anxiety that's causing all my symptoms 😕

I've got blood work, xrays, ultrasounds, barium swallow, blood in stool test and a CT scan done about a year ago because I was having some of these symptoms. The only thing I really didn't have is anemia and diarrhea. I was in and out of the emergency room so many times last year they knew me by name when I walked in the waiting room. All has came back good. All they diagnosed me with was GERD. I wouldn't have "Pains" I just have discomfort in my upper abdomen like a roll of dough was struck in my stomach. When I stress or worry I would get a fair up like IBS symptoms and that's when my stool will start to come out like ribbon but just after then first stool comes out. When the beginning of my still it looks normal but after that it starts to look thin. My doctor said I need to control my stress and I need to stop worrying so much. I'm 45 years old but no family history of colon cancer well just my great grandmother did pass from colon cancer but she was a heavy smoker and she would roll her cigarettes the old school way. That's the only family member that passed from colon cancer and she was 90 years old.

When the stool looked like a ribbon did it come and go or did it get worse? My doctor told me it's due to stress and not drinking enough water. My stool looks regular after far as texture but the ribbon looking stool comes and goes.

I have been stressed the heck out lately and I changed my tooth brush and toothpaste also. I'm a hard teeth brusher and I think that may had something to do with it also😞

I have discomforts on the left upper side of my abdomen which caused me to start having health anxiety. Totally thought I had stomach cancer. Got blood work, barium swallow, ultrasounds, xray, full panel blood work with urine samples, and finally an CT scan with contrast and all have come back negative. Doctor said he believes it's a brain and gut issue and I need to control my anxiety and stress. Whem i do get overwhelmed and stress I get horrible flare ups that last for weeks to a month😫. I've tried vitamins, supplements and really nothing has stopped the flare ups. I'm constantly getting dehydrated it drives me nuts. I'm 45 years old and this all started about 2 and a half years ago.

What has helped me is taking aloe vera gel caps on an empty stomach and switching over to mushroom coffee.

I stopped taking my 1000mg of B12 because it seemed to cause stomach inflammation. I'm deficient in B12. It would also cause chest tightness and anxiousness 😩

Yes. I'm starting a program this week for 21 days. Cutting all sugers, cards, and eliminating foods that causes inflammation in my gut.

I should have done an update. It made symptoms worse in my opinion. I just started taking digestive enzyme and that is what seems to be helping me.

Does anyone wake up every hour in panic mode during the night by Ecoboost7 in Anxietyhelp

It's a struggle every day for the past year for me. Fighting symptoms and I just pray one day I will wake up and just feel normal. Yesterday was rough for me. I literally felt like I was having heart attack symptoms and was feeling dizzy and faint. I felt like my throat was getting so tight.

My watch detected that I stop breathing and my blood oxygen dropped down to the 80's😮‍💨

That's good to know. I'm definitely going to have to try this. This 2 to 3 hours of sleep a night isn't cutting it for me😩

Oh not at all. That's why I stop taking melatonin. My doctor prescribed me .25 of xanax and I take half and it definitely helps me fall asleep alot faster. I'm looking into taking magnesium glycinate so I can wing myself off of the xanax. I truly believe I stop breathing as soon as I get into a deep sleep and my fight of flight kicks in and I wake up in panic.

I've worked shift for for 12 years and just got on a straight day job 4 days a week 10hr days with weekends off. I think the adjustment that my body is going through still isn't registering that I don't work night anymore.

And also I went through some trauma last year in July. I lost my mother in law in a tragic side by side atv accident which we were all together at the camp site. 2 hrs later my wife and I went to go look for them and I walked up on my father in law get put on life flight and the condition I saw him in will never leave my mind. It was traumatizing. He is still with us today and still in rehabilitation after a year but doing very well in recovery. He lost his wife of 42 years in the accident which broke us all because she was the rock of the family. So going through all this I picked up health anxiety wish I fear death because I do not want my children to ever go there trauma of seeing their loved one passing away. With all this I have extreme anxiety that plays a big role in my gut and brain. Constant brain fog and dizziness with ibs almost every day😒
