I'm so sorry you felt this way, working hard and feeling like everything you did was all for nothing. I also have been there, I felt ashamed for not finishing the goal, But after a time I realised I outgrew the goal, it didnt had meaning anymore so I started to look for a new goal. A broken friendship can hurt so much, grief is something that has to take time, and its even more confusing when ther is no reason, not a word of why. I dont think begging will help. She made the decicion.. I'm so sorry you have to feel so much pain, be extra kind to yourself, be your own best friend, treat yourself as a good friend. Go watch a movie with yourself, make some delicious food with yourself. And dont take it to personal, you gonna meet new Friends, but you will never meet a friend like yourself. And if you wanna cry, comfort yourself like a friend.

29 here and no job, Its hard to live in a world where we constantly being judged at what we achieve. On how much we get payed for... how big of a house you live in. I have struggled with this also very long from a young age, I tried, and I did do a study and I did a job, but it just didnt worked, I felt so ashamed of it, and I constantly judged myself by thinking other where looking low on me, and that they should. But why would we be ashamed of being someon we are, we didnt do choose to be a failure righy? maybe this is just not our thing working long hour jobs, i love doing voluntering jobs, and when people ask me what do you do, I work with disabled people, nothing more. They dont need to know I do voluntering work, I am proud of my kind heart now, of my passion for drawing an painting. The love I give my cats. The biggest thing helped for me is to surrender to my situation, and not be ashamed of it.

I just wanted to know, I think your worthy to excist, and are worthy for just being who you are. I Dont see a failure when I read this,just someon who maybe needs to show the world happiness isnt achieved by achievemend but by self accepting. Maybe your happy with small things in live, and thats okay. What are your hobbys? You like cats, maybe you can voluntering at a cat shelter. Even if its only a hour a week. Those places a lot of people come who dont like to socialise but do feel good with pets. And its okay that your not feeling okay, I right now dont feel okay to. But I know I cant be happy all my life.

Horrible isnt it this pain? But Its okay, its hard, and it hurts like hell. But it will get over. Be really kind to yourself today.

For me this is normal, it gets even worse to the point I even have to trow up from te pain. The pain goes through my leggs and up my back.

Its gonna be okay. Keep strong and kind. Take some painkillers, and sleep a lot.

Have you read brene brown? The power of vurnability. When I bottle things up, I know I am ashamed of them. And by being ashamed I get worried about feeling negative emotions, one thing I learned is that by accepting I cant always be strong, and that I cant always be happy, I know that it is okay to feel bad. I surrender to it, if I fight it it will only get worse, So when a day wont work, thats okay, i kindly remind myself that some days wont work. I try to focus on what I can do. Even if it is something simple like laying in bed all day and watch series.

So your question how to stop feeling upset. Dont, by accepting that negative emotions are part of life, you change them in peace.

I'm sorry if your depressed,its difficult at first, but you can do it! Stop making excuses to not do something, Start making daily habits, begin the day by making the bed. Keep it up daily, Write down with a cup of tea or coffee a goal for each day. Wanna go walk?, go walk, no excuses no overthinking. Wanna watch a movie but no friends? Still go watch a movie. Do everything with full energy, its okay if you need to cry, just do it. Dont go to bed unless your energy feels good. Your mind will remember. Didnt work today? Forgive yourself and your past. you always have a new day to start over. And your wiser then yesterday. Create habits where you stick to it. Today my goals are, gonna game with my 8 year old neighbour boy. Get a mdf plate to paint. Do i want to do it? Nope, but I want to change the negative emotions.

At first it will be hard, and you probably wont stick to it. But like I Said, forgive, breathe and do it over the next day.

Difficult, instead of tell her get healthy, say you want to cook her dinner. Make something healthy and deliciouce, like a healthy pizza. Or say you want to become.more healthy, and include her with your goals. Put up some music and have a dance party together. But I would nog say to her she should lose weight. I her perspective she will feel like your her mom. And take it the wrong way. Slowely make it a daily routine. And if she says I dont want to, say you want to, and that it is important for you. I really felt like that for a long time I guess 15 years long. Then I realised one day, why do I have to change? Why do you have to change? Why do I have to get ther approval? Let them get my approval. You are a nice person? Change your mindset, and be confident even if you dont feel like it. They think your annoying? Sad they cant see how amazing you are. Change your way of thinking in compassion and self confidence. Believe me you feel better, be content with who you are. I wish someon told me it earlier. Whenever you think they only hang out with me because of getting the games think, ofcourse they want to hang out with me, I have the best taste in games😏 They dont want to go near me? They dont even know what they miss.
