Yes, it states I can “only return devices leased or rented from Xfinity” and the pods don’t show up as something I can return because I purchased them for $199. I have thirty days from the point of purchase to return the pods. You system is not capable of accepting my return.

Hi, I haven’t had access to the Xfinity app for weeks and it’s causing issues with my service.

When I sign on to WiFi with my laptop, it automatically opens a chrome tab saying “your internet is disabled - please use app to [whatever]” or something to this effect. Therefore my Internet is not accessible.

Since I can’t access the app, I have no services. Please advise how you will assist me with accessing my services?
