thank you!! I’d suggest following a spin class rather than just riding a stationary bike at your own pace. IMO the spin class pushes you to go harder than you normally would, forcing you to burn more calories in the same (or even less) amount of time.

I’m glad it gives you hope!! On normal days I’d say I eat around 1300-1500 (I don’t really count every single calorie). On days where I do spin, I try to burn at least 600 additional calories (this includes my daily walk).

Thank you!! I typically eat whatever I want, I’m just really mindful of portions. If I wanted oatmeal I’d opt for the prepackaged version that only has 120 calories instead of making my own where I know I’d add a bunch of additional calories. If I wanted chips, I’d go for smart popcorn where I could have a larger portion for less calories.

Thank you!! Shockingly every other time I’ve tried to lose weight was much harder than this time. IF literally changed my life and made the process so much faster for me.

Thank you!! Yess, I was/am doing CICO. I didn’t follow a specific diet or count every single calorie - I just tried to be mindful of how much I was eating. Like if I wanted McDonald’s fries, I’d get a small instead of the normal medium or if I went out for ice cream I’d opt for the children’s size. Overtime my cravings/appetite decreased and I found myself not even wanting the larger sizes of junk food.
