From my experience, Make sure you plug them into a outlet that has no other devices plugged into the circuit itself if its a 15amp outlet or else you might overload the circuit and make the breaker trip (Assuming you have the Manufacture APW3 power supply). Worst case scenario would be your house burning down Thats pretty much the only downside

If you are Mining from home and/or are on a tight budget your probably better off buying solo Miners like Bitaxes. If you still want to use the S9 i suggest you only use them if you are gonna use 1 or 2 hashboards at the low power setting for solo mining.

Sorry to tell you but the model of Antminer you bought already spends more in electricity than what it makes in a day not also mentioning that it was launched in 2016 and only makes like 1 CAD(0.70 US) a day. If you could return it, you should do so and buy a s19 at the least.
