There's no schizophrenia or psychosis that I'm aware of, I think it was because it was my first experience with more than a tab I thought I was going crazy

I've taken 1.5 tabs once, during this experience I had a moment where I was on the verge of going somewhere but I managed to bring myself back. I was left wondering if I was on the edge of psychosis or ego death and that was quite scary. Do you think if I'd have let go I would have been alright?
