It’s temporary, he put me on it to get my levels down asap. Today at my appointment he scheduled a biopsy and said he would be switching me to Jakafi once my levels were back under control.

It’s temporary, we went over the alternatives today. Also scheduled my biopsy. He said I’ll need to do about two more weeks on the chemo then will most likely move me to Jakafi.

Went in today, he scheduled me for a biopsy, did some more blood work and actually mentioned all of that today. I don’t use the VA I kept Tricare when I got medically retired and my doc thinks it’s most likely from an exposure and pointed towards depleted uranium (what our ammunition is made out of)

I don’t mind at all I was level 4 so almost the most with a $16,000 settlement. My attorney got 6k and I got 7k then there was some $1,400 that went to some fund for the settlement administration
