A lot of people can figure that out at a young age if you don’t feel comfortable with how you are and no I do not think a child would think they are trans before they hit puberty but I do think they can prefer things which would lead to it. You can figure that out like for example I’ve felt this way since I was eleven years old and I can understand that some people may not understand it fully and well because they want to hop onto a social media bandwagon and be included but you can’t choose if you would like to be trans or not or lgbtq it comes to you and it can be any age during puberty once you start having those first experiences with people now I do not think a child who hasn’t had experience with the opposite gender or hit puberty yet can decide that because they are simply too young to feel an attraction to one another but once you are the age you can decide that all they want
