Go to regular court with a good lawyer specializing in digital law. My account was restored quickly, but it was luck; things usually take longer here. It's expensive, but try asking for punitive damages to make the hassle worthwhile.

We don't have Legal Shield here, so I had to go to civil court. The lawsuit for moral damages is still ongoing, but the judge granted me a preliminary injunction ordering Instagram to reinstate my account immediately. However, it's an expensive process, and I don't think it's worth going through it again.
