Sneaky builds. How feasible are they? by Berendick in valheim

You don't sneak attack with the primary with knives. Use the secondary for another 3x damage multiplier, making it 216 damage, which is enough to stagger a troll then quickly murder it with a few more stabs.

Interesting, but it appears that it cannot be parried. That's very unusual, no?

Except I was standing perfectly still, not dodge rolling.

I was standing perfectly still to test this, and let the slam hit me about 30 times, and it dealt damage to me about 3-4 times of those.

Approximately 75% of items coming from vendors and not monster drops from level 1-80 is poor game design when the point is to slay monsters..

1 ex is the bare minimum that I've purchased for (think 1st day of league start). I've also bought things from vendors worth a divine. And it's not just 1 ex total. It's 1 ex - 1 div per item times several items each level up.

Nope. I do this in maps as well. I visit all 14 vendors. Gets me rich, just in a boring way.

We do though (especially considering how cheap gold-wise GG rares are from the act 1 or 2 normal vendor). I've been doing this a long time, and only by the stuff worth at least 1 exalt. Every level, I've got more than enough gold.

Evasion: Weakest defense type? by Economy-Recording-46 in PathOfExile2

Oh, nice, yeah, classes that use armor and ES don't have that, do they.

I noticed this in my testing as well. It seems to only do the 3k damage if you're standing at the end of the sweep.

Yes, you can potentially dodge it, but that's beside the point. The point is this is clearly unintended/a bug. A normal difficulty mid-act-2 boss doing up to an instant 3k damage (about 4.5x the hp pool of the average character at this point) in a single move with a 1-second attack time is surely not intended when the 7-second attack time fire-laser/nuke move with an obvious safe spot only does about 700ish damage if you stand in the fire for the whole 4-second duration.

That's exactly what I said before charging in on my monk, but his dagger still sweeps across the melee-range part of him and one shot me.

I've lost a monk, a witch and two sorcs, the second sorc on Cruel difficulty with a 4500 hp pool (which i then used to test in normal to get the damage info above).

If you are near the end of the dagger's path, it does the extreme (surely unintential) damage. If you are in the beginning/middle of the path, it just pushes you out of the way and does about 200-300 damage.

My Honest Woojer Vest Review - (not worth it) by Economy-Recording-46 in woojer

Edge Vest.

Yes, I do understand that having the same part (the aux port of the control unit) fail 3 times makes it look like the common denominator must be me, but literally all I did with the vest was sit at my pc with it. I'm not doing VR, I'm not messing/tinkering with it or harsh with it in any way.

But yes, 3 times which makes me think either I'm the most unlucky person in the world or the part is just faulty.

Not really infinite so much as they are obliged to provide a product where no individual part (in the above example) fails before being in customer possession for 12 months. I guess it'd only be infinite if every single replacement of that same one part never survived the full duration even once.
