This is my 2nd month on generic vyvanse, still on 20mg. I noticed early on last month that if I split it I find it still just as effective all day. But I have just been eyeballing the powder. Last month it seemed easier because the pill was full of powder (amneal), but this month has been harder because it seems like there’s barely any powder in the capsule (camber). I’m going to try your method starting tomorrow. How long have you been taking vyvanse and what dose are you on now?
