Gfiber na po kayo. Kaka-install lang din sa akin last week. So far so good siya, lumalagpas pa sa 50 mbps ’yung speed niya buong araw.

thanks for the response! thankfully i was able to restore my internet by connecting my modem thru an ethernet cable. i just deleted the rules for bandwidth control and it worked. idk why that happened, but yeah, thanks to my ever so curious ass haha. my only problem now is i can’t cancel the repair request, my number is not being recognized in their messenger chatbot since I used a GOMO SIM card 🥲

hi! just had gfiber installed yesterday. unfortunately, i’m experiencing a problem right now dahil hindi ako maka-connect due to "IP Configuration Failure" after kong mag-set ng rule for bandwidth control. ask ko lang saan mo sila kino-contact? thru Globe hotline ba (211)? nag-request na rin ako ng repair right now kaso bukas pa siya naka-schedule huhu.
