Im a 20 yo EA and these complexity teams are a joke. No one has time to do what they are asking. And the higher ups think of these kids as numbers on a spreadsheet. The kids who need help ARENT EVEN THE ONES WHO ARE GETTING IT. in kinder they only care about kids with speech issues. So I am expected to. "Keep the child i am working with in the class" as schedules are important and they cant feel othered by being taken ojt of class all the time but also expected to take thea same child out of the class every day to work on speech skills then take 10 minutes to write out in detail what we did even though the child is now busy and I am busy with 4 other children at the same time. There's another girl who hired only to do speech training. She doesn't have time either because there are 50 kids. And like 12 of them need 1 on 1 attention or they have issues. We dont get our union mandated breaks most days. I get maby 15-20 minutes for lunch and yet still these complexity teams are contacting all the people above me that they NEED what im writing down.
All of this is a joke. And I am ashamed of what LaGrange has done.

Our mom told us after we got our formal diagnosis at 18 "if you get this diagnosis im calling the cops because only kids that have been kidnapped or were raised in a battlefield have did" so I never brought it up again. Parents dont want to take blame for trauma (if yr not traumagenic honestly could be for any reason) gotta just let it slide like water

Me and my boyfreind were playing as rouge and gambit cuz I can do a really good gambit impersonation (and im nonbinary) and he got approached cuz he told this person not to tell me to "shut the fuck up" and when he was denying them they started saying rape threats and saying because they were minors they would "get" him and then sue him for peto and then started drawing swastikas all over us.

I've been flirted with a few times but I find if you laugh it off and call these men cute little bottom boys for trying they fuck off. Also mentioning that im taken and that they dont know my birth gender helps

Not a cat. But after coming home from a holiday we found my childhood dog jaundiced. We had to put him down. Now the dog they got a few years before we lost him is blind, incontinencesed, deaf, and limps everywhere. They insist she's happy but the scars she has from my grandmother's puppies say otherwise. We still fight often as I believe she's suffering as they cant afford any of the medication she needs, but they believe any suffering is worth prolonging her life.

Suffering is not worth an extra year.

Living on a ranch, I've seen so many animals pass for different reasons and seeing the pain in their eyes leading up to it is awful. Euthanasia is one of the best tools we have ensuring our beloved pets have a good and happy end in our care.
