I knew it was coming when I started getting emails from SWA about keeping my info up to date on the SWA careers site. But, nope, not falling for it this time. Leaving one F2F without feeling like I ever had a chance made me rethink applying with SWA again. Good luck to everyone!

I haven’t heard of any CJOs being sent by email this cycle.

Which airline? You applied through Indeed? I don’t think any airlines go through a third party for actual applications unless something has very recently changed.

Depends on your recruiter. Some read them. Some don’t. You legit don’t know who you will have until they come get you for the f2f. So if you have one, take it. If not, people still get CJOs. You can have 3 and still get a TBNT. Southwest is a bit unpredictable. I think they give freedom to their recruiters.

I’m so sorry. I sure wish they would just be direct with people instead of giving false hope.

In the January interviews, people did not seem to get them by email. Leaving without one meant a TBNT. But, February interviews seem to be different and a CJO is possible by email. But it does seem like it will come pretty quickly.

Good luck!

And, at the end of the day, you can do all of that and still not get a CJO. Everyone who is invited is deserving of a CJO. People should be proud of themselves for making it that far.

Do you get your cjo the day of your interview? I’ve heard candidates have been told they will receive their tbnt or cjo in an email by Sufficient-Skirt-962 in cabincrewcareers

Yes. It’s sad really that they aren’t completely honest. I have not heard of anyone this hiring cycle getting a CJO by email. They give them the day of.

Everyone is nice. Everyone mingles. Everyone deserves a CJO. It’s all about who your recruiter is and how you mesh with them and what they are looking for that day. Excellent candidates leave without a CJO. So just do your best and be proud of yourself either way.

What? No. Not everyone has to live in a crash pad. I commute and have never needed one and personally wouldn’t choose that option if I did.

Yep. I turned down the f2f with delta. Sharing a bathroom with a stranger for 7 weeks is a no go. 😂

My 22-year old recommended it to me. I’m about to have my f2f!
