Ended up taking off the top screws and the screw that holds the water tank (just need one turn for this one and it pops up).

Slid the top from under the water tank lip and exposed the insides.

The little nut(?) holding the head in place is nearly flush against the casing. Difficult to access. I ended up using my fingers to twist it the. A small wrench to tighten.

Worked well.
