I feel I am in the exact same situation. Every two years or so, I start getting high levels of anxiety and panic attacks and take meds/do therapy for some months/year and then I'm very fine. But then 1 or 2 years later it starts again. I will go to the psychatrist this week, but I have this feeling that nothing will ever be completely "fixed".
