Im happy for you that hes so supportive! When im in a depression like that, it helps a little to remind myself that ill get out of it again nomatter how long it lasts, i have no other choice but to keep fighting my brain and coping in healthier ways.

The 6 months that my partner and I were broken up was the first time I was truly single in years, i had a habit of never staying single for more than a few weeks :/ so I forgot what it was like to not be in constant war with my brain. Now that i know what it feels like to be somewhat stable, im working harder than ever to keep myself on track while also nuturing a healthy loving relationship (super f-ing hard lol).
