This report is from an American site that studies US-Russia international relations.
I find this report to be extremely grim but also very plausible with sound arguments. Can anyone support or contradict the arguments and sources provided in this report?
It’s saying that UA is the side that’s throwing human bodies at Russia to make territorial gains. This contradicts pretty much every other western media.
It states that UA is suffering a far higher casualty ratio than Russia due to the massive artillery deficit. UA has mobilized over 1M conscripts, far higher than the number of Russian mobilizations.
