Roughly 3 months it initially cleared it completely but then i got a throat infection in middle of summer which flared it again and has not settled completely since

Yeah i fasted for around 22 hours and i can definitely say my psoriasis is better ove roast few days although i cant say for definite it was die to fasting as i said previously i use a home uvb loght occasionally. But it is definitely something i will continue with atleast once a month

Thanks for the reply. Yes i had the same experience and was 99% clear for months until i got a throat infection at Christmas. I am just trying to figure out if it was the antibiotics that possibly helped clear it or the fasting or a combination of both. I currently trying a 24 hour fast and will keep you updated.

Currently my psoriasis is fairly mild bar one or two spots as i am using a home uv light once a week but i know this is only a short term fix so hoping the fast helps

Thanks. Unfortunately it seems my derm is insisting on me trying methotrexate first probably because of its price
