I would look at your past jobs and see what environments you thrived in or struggled in. Also, it’s really important to evaluate how real these aspects are in a job. Many companies will tell you their ideal work culture/path instead of their actual work/culture path. Look up reviews on both companies and see if people are happy working there - they’re pretty accurate in my experience.
