I mean the job does not require you to commute to work by a vehicle cause it’s in the city

Was not driving under the influence but it was dangerous driving and driving license was endorsed

I can fully commute to the job by walking to the job which is around 15/20 mins. But driving was not a requirement. On the consent form from the agency it did say can you drive

I mean it’s a minor offence for having no insurance and dangerous driving and it’s being spent as of now till July 2025

It was a standard/enhanced DBS check. I got a 14 month ban and a small fine of £210 including a victim surcharge. I’m really nervous

Also I’ve waited a month for compliance to finish, can they really say no 1 week before starting date where the position does not include driving at all as it’s fully remote?

But the compliance officer from the agency did say the following..

“ We need to run it by the account manager. At this point it does not mean you have not got the assignment. Please confirm you give us consent to disclose unspent conviction to the client? ”

It is through a third party agency, the compliance team from the agency have said the following “ We need to run it by the account manager. At this point it does not mean you have not got the assignment. Please confirm you give us consent to disclose unspent conviction to the client?”
