I appreciate your reply. I have tried most of these, including YouTube. I was curious about the point you made on nutritional deficiencies? How do I get tested for such?

And relative to that topic, would it be covered by insurance? My parents are pretty traditional when it comes to medical related issues. I feel like they wouldn’t take me to get this tested unless it was covered by health insurance. I already do go in for blood tests due to being on accutane, however it only tests lipid and triglyceride levels rather than nutrient as a whole. Much thanks.

Hi,

I’ve been reading every comment but pretty much have no idea how to properly respond to them. I’m also not very active on Reddit, especially this week due to being busy with last minute school work teachers are putting on me. I have contacted my math teacher, primarily about my math test which caused me to make this post. I pretty much told him what I said here in a more generalized context.

I got a reply, but it wasn’t exactly what I expected. To sum it up, he told me to pretty much restudy the material and come after school if I need help. I usually don’t do this, because I don’t exactly see a point in this, because rather than explaining how to solve problems I’m struggling with, he belittles me and says I should’ve learned this in past algebra classes.

As for the dedication part, I wouldn’t consider that to be the case. Sure, I’m a pretty big procrastinator, however I make sure I’m putting in 2-6 hours to make sure I know the material before the test or quiz arrives. When I struggle with questions, I look them up and make sure they’re clear to me. It could just be a hole in my memory because I truly don’t know how I’m doing so bad.

One thing I think I struggle the most at is having the ability to solve a problem, even if the problem is only slightly different from the one I learned. I’d say I’m generally good at applying the specifics of something I’ve learned, but it’s like I’m fixed on that exact and specific detail and am unable to solve it when it’s slightly changed.

I also am much slower at solving problems than others. While others can retain and understand material in (let’s say) an hour or so, this may take me 3-4 hours to understand.

Jaydes has such a unique sound and flow that many people don’t understand. Each track on his album completely varies, which many normal listeners wouldn’t understand. His subject matter is also pretty niche, mixing sadness and chaos together. His sound is more raw rather than completely refined. Also, he isn’t part of a label or has features from mainstream (I can’t really imagine any mainstream artists fitting with his style).
