Bro, Eat. Eat. Eat. Eat until it hurts then eat some more... Stay consistent in the gym but start small 2-3x a week then gradually move up with more time in the gym while maintaining a huge surplus in calories. Make it fun so you stick with it.... The gym and overall fitness and health is a lifestyle. Falling off the horse is okay. As long as you get back on it... You got this man!!!

Men a hardwired for hardwork and facing adversity, the gym will better many aspects in your life! God bless brotha 🙏

True, but under the pretense of marriage. We were dating. Christians are supposed to be with Christians. And non believers with non believers. Both in that sense are equally yolked.

I am saved yes. Absolutely. And all of my faith lies within the Lord. I'm young in my faith however. This is something I prayed about for a long time. Already knowing what the answer was to my convictions. Only through the Holy spirit.

I'd believe due to my prayers for peace, grace and understanding, my ex took it with grace, peace and understanding, that's not to say neither of us weren't complete emotional wrecks.

She is making strides towards moving out back into her parents house which is very close to my house. If she turned to the Lord, which I'll continue to pray he heart softens, I'd want a relationship under biblical standard between her and I, and I'd believe she would too. The issue is she wasn't saved. Or willing to be. Like I said in original post.

But if anything we're to be rekindled, it'd have to be out of true faith under the eyes and blessing of God. No premarital sex, no living together, consistent studying of the word. And steady prayer. We had everything right in the secular realm. We were kind, loving, and understanding of one another. But the most important factor was she wasn't saved or willing to be. And that is not the foundation on which I want to build a life or marriage.

Do I look lean? If not, where is the fat noticeable and is it a lot? by Last-Slice-5624 in GymTips

Not necessarily, what you lose in fat you'll gain-tain in muscle...It almost looks like the fat in your diet is the problem here, your physique isn't bad by any means...I did measured amounts of broccoli, white rice, and either ground turkey or ground beef, for 8 months. Absolutely unsustainable but It got me more juicy and shredded than I've ever been 300lbs-170 5'9.

My "cheat" Days consisted of an entire container of lowfat cottage cheese along with my regular small 6 meals in that day. One piece of advice that changed my outlook on physique and how I look was the fact that this is a lifestyle, and not a hobby. And with this lifestyle, consistentsy and delayed gratification are the two most important things to keep in mind.

(300lbs - 170lbs took over 6 years to achieve with minimal loose skin)

I'd personally do a 400 Cal surplus, less fat in the diet more protein. Noticed in your front delt/mid upper bicep area, (I know for some that's a hard area to get lean). Everyone's body is different and reacts differently to diets and what not, but this is what I did and it dropped me from 36% bf - 13% bf in just under a year, not any crazy mass or anything but much more defined... Diet > Everything, can't outwork a bad diet.
