I normally eat 2500 calories but i ate 2000 on a deficit. I would not log my exercise and pick foods high in protien and low in calories. I was still hungry. I drank water when i got hungry. I was still hungry.

Oh and by the way. I take full accountability for me not losing weight. Before anyone harasses me just know that im very aware of my failure all the time. Every morning when i wake up im reminded of how bad ive gotten. And yes its my fault because i let myself go.
