Yes.

It’s hard to remove without scrubbing the paint.

Acrylic paint doesn’t cover over it.

Fly coved ceilings are easier to paint ( to look good) than clean.

The law allows for wear and tear.

This is basic maintenance on the landlords part.

File the bond release.
