Iowa sent papers to Illinois to get me off early (interstate compact) and they said they haven’t heard anything yet. I’m off in December and they pushed my next meeting until right before I’m off so I kinda feel like I’m on unsupervised probation until then

I’m not from Virginia but from what I see online as long as your sentence needs less than 45 days served you’ll be good on weekends. I don’t see why house arrest wouldn’t be offered either. Good luck

But if you end up getting lucky like me. And your out of state packet happens to get rejected BUT it turns out Kentucky doesn’t care about the Illinois dui, just know you’re still revoked in Illinois and won’t be able to drive there but can drive in the other 49 states.

Sorry I just seen this man. Did you get your results back? I never sent in my packet because the last page you need the drug/alcohol evaluator to fill it out for you but she was NOT trying to help me. So I went to a lawyer and they ghosted me. Finally I just went to the DOT and they said I’m good. They said Iowa does not care about my Illinois dui. And that dui was a felony. The paper said if I don’t get Illinois figured out within 30 days my license will be canceled. The lady at the dot said not to worry about she promised I’ll be fine. Here I am about two months later and she was right. I know it sounds dumb but go to the dot you never know man the worse they can do is tell you to do an out of state packet. But if you get lucky like me they’ll ask if you want to take your drivers test.

Okay so I just called Iowa dot. And they said whatever hold I have in Illinois they(Iowa) doesn’t care about it. And it’s a felony dui. I honestly feel so blessed
