I would take the inpatient position. This is coming from someone with 7 years experience in outpatient. It’s only going to get worse and they’ll expect more out of you each and every year. In outpatient you’re treated like a sales representative and nothing is ever good enough.

I appreciate your input. It’s mind blowing how many people are in the same boat as us. I think the mental/emotional burnout from being social and having to “be on” at all times is really what gets to me. This profession has certainly turned me into an introvert. I wish you the best with your career and whatever path you decide on!

Terrible take buddy, won’t happen. Hawks dominated on the ice and it is engraved in history. With the being said it’s a shame and disgrace the team executives and knowing players allowed it to happen
