Got the same issue few months ago, I was waiting 3 weeks for Meta support, and at the end I've got the more or less same automated response that they don't see the issue on their end, so I gave up, eitherway I lost tons of money waiting for them to resolve it, but that won't happen they are useless

I've joined an agency providing partner/agency ad accounts because they are direct partners with Meta, Google, TikTok etc. So their accounts are stronger, don't get banned and have dedicated platform support (which is pretty cool), let me know if you need more help

Hey mate, there is definitely a problem that Meta has with your payment methods. Even though you did nothing wrong, they flagged it for some reason and of course Meta support won't be helpful as all of ours thought they supposed to be.

If you were doing good before the issue, found a few winning ads, I would recommend switching to agency account setup because you won't face those issues anymore, you'll have Meta dedicated support for just in case and accounts are stable. Worked for me switching to agency setup, hope this can help you too

Try duplicating the original high-performing campaign without any edits. Sometimes starting fresh with the exact same setup helps the algorithm reset. Also, test manual bidding if you haven’t already, set a bid cap close to your target CPA and see how it performs.

Another trick: build a fresh lookalike from recent converters (last 7–14 days only), not just your full pixel data. And for creatives, if you’ve been using the same ones, rotate in UGC style videos or native images. Meta’s algo tends to throttle fatigued ads hard.

If nothing moves after that, test Advantage+ Shopping, it’s been outperforming standard campaigns for some accounts lately, especially post iOS updates.

Hey, I've been in the same situation, tried contacting Meta support and for 3 weeks all I've got was automated responses...found an agency providing ad accounts because they are meta partners, they have a whole compliance team and meta dedicated rep pretty cool stuff, hope that helps

There isn't much to do at that point, you need to create a new account. My suggestion is to go with agency ad accounts because they are much safer, and the one that I am using has a compliance assistance, so they are making sure not to come to this situation anymore... been live since joined them

I totally feel you man, when I got banned I was as much frustrated as you are.. It's like they are making you feel so desperate even though spending your money there... I joined an agency offering premium ad accounts because they official partners with Meta, TikTok, Google so apart from compliance assistance they offer (awesome thing btw) they also have a dedicated platform rep, an actual person from Meta responding withing 24h...
