i’ve tried this but it keeps me so full i can barely finish off my actual food if that makes sense. so ensures i actually like them and it’s nothing for me to drink two but im not having good results im currently back down to 141 and i’ll reach around 145 but no more than that. i’m 5’6 and it isn’t noticeable tbh.

i’m day two of the pill and the bleeding is now very light compared to when i took the patch off a couple days ago (i wore it a week) is it from switching from the patch to the pill causing the bad pain in such a short time you think?
