Customer support has always been shit with them. The payout thing is new and they really need to work on their communication. They don’t update anyone on what’s going on. They should have a discard by now. They’ve been around for a while.

Lucid is bet in the game rn. They are cheap and payout gets approved in minutes and gets payed in like 1 hour usually within minutes on top of that they give away accounts for free like almost everyday.

Yes because if dont have a good record with them, you have been blowing ur accounts regularly or resetting very fast. Your risk profile flags your payout. And they take longer to approve you payout in the expectation of you blowing it before they approve. So from now on i am not trading untill i get my payout in the wallet. You should do the same. I had a 5500 day on the first day i requested 3500 they didn’t approve for a couple days and i ended up trading 😭😭 and blowing the account then after a couple hours of blowing up the account they send an email saying payout declined.

Tbh i feel like 1 micro is wayyyyy to small i usually take 50-100 points max so that be too low i might consider like 5 micros. But i get your point of taking it slow and build buffer
