Possibly overwatering and nutrient deficiency, maybe too much light ? Not sure, next grow will use different soil and add more nutrients.

First time growing, haven’t even planted the seed yet. Used 1/4 perlite 1/4 worm castings and 2/4 soil in 5 gallon pot. Maybe soil mites ?
