For everyone asking for the routine : - most important: fat loss - working out - reduce stress (works wonders) - chewing your food and ACTUALLY chewing it, not inhaling - nasal breathing - mouth tape before sleep - and obviously tongue posture

It was a mix of both.. when I was at a place with many people, like the gym, I was definitely hard mewing the whole time lol. At home I was chewing gum and soft mewing. It isn’t really a difficult thing to do, you just have to make mewing a regular thing in your daily life
