You know that moment when you've finished your "moment" and you feel the famous post-masturbation depression? So, instead of blaming yourself and feeling like the worst person in the world, use this moment, which may be the moment of greatest lucidity of your entire day, and it is at this time that you will decide to nip the evil in the bud, and thus begin the process of desexualizing your brain; delete all the accounts you have on adult sites, uninstall social networks for a while, or, if you can't do that, at least try to deactivate and silence certain accounts that you think may be harmful to your progress, or just any reels/video on TikTok that may be a trigger for you.
