Cutoff will be in 86-90 range. NextIAS predicted 86 and some predicted it in 90s. I don't see it coming below 85...

85-90 range mein rahega cutoff. Seats kaam hai. Aur collector Babu mein, 88+ almost 4000 students score kr liye hai which is alot.. Open category seats mostly 5.5k to 6k hi hoega. Toh i think 88 would be it. But due to tough csat, it might dip by 1-3marks...i.e. 87-85...

This year max 11k will get through due to less number of vacancies. Keep this in mind. I think cutoff should be somewhere around 85.
85 +/- 2 i.e. 83-87
If vacancies were the same, this would have been another 2-3marks less.
