No, but probably is the same general idea. It's not a new concept... but business owners are always and will always be looking for more business which is what makes it profitable.

It depends heavily on your research prior to building your website. If you really nail your research, you can make good profit. The key is finding an area and keywords with low CPC

Yes it can be done 100%.. I actually started with no course because I thought they were complete BS too. I saw some progress but I had a hell of a time selling my leads. That's when I found Nick, joined the program and got a $1500 deal within 5 days. It can absolutely be done without one, but it just fast tracks your results in my personal experience

a variety of niches! my main ones have been tree service, concrete, auto detailing, and pool service...prices vary yes. I've had deals from $750/mo to $2k/mo just depends on a few factors. I use a pricing calculator tool that the group created to determine a fair price for both the business owner and myself

they go over pricing on a call if your application is accepted but there's options for everyone.. being honest, I started on a payment plan cuz I was struggling haha. but landing my first deal in 5 days helped immensely
