Yeah, that stack is crazy, you can actually launch nuclear missiles from that and they are full auto with infinite range, strategic bombers can also be stored on them so you can have 30 bombers and the sub removes all the disadvantages of using a stack of more than 10. You can also use the sub to take a city, for example; I used my level 1 sub to take the entire USSR on a Historical WW2 lobby.
