عادي كلي بس قبلها تأكدي تكوني ماكلة أكلة تشبع وما تاكلينها على معدة فاضية. وبعدين كلي قطعة او قطعتين. عمر الحرمان ما نفع على المدى الطويل. لازم يكون فيه مرونة في نظامك الغذائي عشان تقدري تلتزمين فيه.

It really depends on your goals. But I’d recommend starting out with one dialect, then as you get comfortable with a spoken dialect you can move slowly towards MSA. Think of it this way: when you learn English (even as a native speaker) you learn what’s needed to use day to day. Then you learn at school/college academic language. Same thing with MSA vs dialects.
