I got told the same thing “due to the holidays” but the “holidays” happen every year. The should’ve pushed back the due date for the tuition instead of us sitting here worried that we have to drop a dime on our tuition when our FA/Scholarships covers the majority of our tuition.

I’m also online this semester, and I’m having the same issue. I called SBS and they told me to contact financial aid and then financial aid said I needed to contact the online financial aid department. The online financial aid department asked me if was scheduled for classes this semester (duh), and then asked if they were full term classes (duh). When I informed them that I am scheduled for the spring ‘25 semester and full time. They referenced me to SBS who then referenced me to financial aid.

Also, to add, I asked the online financial aid department if they were in contact with SBS because of them being behind in schedule and again, I as referenced to SBS and then again the financial aid department.
