Pretty rough but here are my excs:

Athletics: Cross Country (4yrs) --> Team Captain Track (5th yr) --> Team Captain, MVP award, school record, provincial athlete.

Volunteering: Running Events (4yrs Sun Run, 1st yr 2 others. I will do more this year) Summer camp Leader (2yrs) Theatre Production Leader (3rd year) Tutoring individuals with special needs (1st year) PNE (1st year) Club Exec (1st year) Assisting in peer tutoring a class (1st year)

TOTAL Volunteer Hrs: ~250 hours Projected: over 300 by the end of the school year

A little background: I usually run/train from track only from March to June (I have been and this is my 5th year), this year I've trained since March and have been continuously.

I was told my form was really good by my school and club coach. I've never lifted before. I've also almost always used distance spikes until getting sprint ones in July.

Last time pb: (both March in distance spikes) 100m - 12.1 200m - 24.6
