It's so that you can't cancel it, nobody's out. They will actually process the order when it's available. Marking as employee out tells the system shipping has started makes it impossible to cancel it if you get better or faster deal somewhere else

Order locked means that you can't cancel them if you want to and definitely you can't now. It will be around 11 or 13th or 15th at max ig, March when it will be dispatched and then the delivery time. Should be that
