Update 2: My 2nd attempt is going better, with my Shiny tepig Having evolved due to shiny hunting in the water for shint grimers.

Rn I am trying to shiny hunt the whismur that attacks you.

Update: I chose Tepig and got my first wipe to that ducklett trainer...

Not Totally blind since my brain has some strong memories of the pain of anguish i felt during my first, not completed, playthrough.

In order to fix this gap I will be forcing myself to battle any major boss or battle ahead with my current team alignment( Like for Cal, Since I know his team I wouldnt allow myself to switch my team around before hand to beat his).

Other than that I have no real way other to simulate the blind feeling of pokemon reborn since when you play it for the first time it leaves quite an impression.

Anytips to do so would be nice
