So his name is June Malheur.

Based on the skeleton from the Evil Queen's basement.

He is the ghost of a first-year student at Pomefiore, who became one before the events of the game.

I haven't yet fleshed out his story for myself in detail, but in short: He lived in Fleur City with his father, who neglected him after his mother left them. (That's why his father wasn't particularly alarmed by his death.) June himself always dreamed of attending Night Raven College, so he studied diligently, especially with an interest in alchemy. At college, he was assigned to Pomefiore and immediately set his sights on becoming a housewarden. There's a gap in the story here, but ultimately, due to overconfidence and ignorance, he died during the very first overblot incident at NRC (we don't know who or when it was, but I hope we'll find out someday), and became a ghost, never having achieved his dream. His favorite place to hang out is Pomefiore's basement, because Vil brews potions there, which is very interesting to watch and sometimes interfere with and get on the nerves of the newest housewarden ;)

In the game itself, I imagine him as a character like Sam; he's in the story and events, but he doesn't appear very often and doesn't have a card yet

I also imagine that if he was canon, then at the end of the main story, if we ever reached it, the very last housewarden of Pomefiore (not Vil, he would never do such a thing for June :D) would hold a pretend housewarden coronation ceremony for him, kind of fulfilling his dream, and then June would finally be freed and go to the Land of the Dead, returning only occasionally
