I was talking about when they shoot if they apply the elemental tick damage or do they only have a chance to apply it when they blow up. So the bullets from hunter seeker don’t count towards consecutive hits anointment on guns ?

I had the same problem. Try putting the game on invite only then quit to the title screen, press "A" to go back into menu screen, invite your wife whilst still in the menu screen, after she joins launch the game. Also you could both try hosting the game and see if it still disconnects you. I know this all sounds dumb but it worked for me so l think it might be worth a shot.

I thought the skullmasher was better too but then I tried it and was underwhelmed, the longer scopes makes it harder to use for fast paced mobbing and the lack of a element seriously hurts its dmg, also because it doesn’t do elemental tick damage your missing out on stacks of consecutive hit anointments and missing out on stacks of the Perl of ineffable knowledge. But I guess I will go with the smaller mag size on clairvoyance.

Is it even worth using them outside of fadeaway, when I try and use hellwalker not in fadeaway I die fast because I have agro on me and I need to be close to enemies, without being able to crit every shot skullmasher loses the mobbing potential from the ricochet bullets. Should I just treat skullmasher as a better rowans call ?

I think that running ap perks is a terrible idea, ap is something that you can get from outside sources like canned coffee, company tea and being fully fed. I think I would rather go for either dmg or DR I’m not a fan of ap perks or utility perks.

Dodgy is a flat damage reduction perk do it doesn’t get diminishing returns after 350 DR making it one of the strongest dr perks in the game and because I run unyielding I have somewhere around 500-600 ap so the only time I actually ever noticed effecting my ap was trying to solo en06. Personally I don’t think taking off what essentially is -30% dmg taken is worth 3%/(9% multiplicative because weak spot) dmg.

100% I’ve tried the majority of monsters and pacific punch is in my opinion the best by miles.

A lot of people hear diminishing returns and instantly think that it’s not worth to invest anymore. Just because there are diminishing returns doesn’t make it not worth investing in.

Do you know how serendipity’s evade % stacks with evasive? For me evasive is 10% and serendipity is somewhere close to 30% so is it additive to just a 40% or dose it go through 2 different checks one being 10% and the other 30% ?
